Buying Process

We try and keep the purchasing process as simple as possible.

To reserve your new home, a £1,000 down payment secures the house of your choice for 2 weeks in which time missives will be signed. An additional £9,000 deposit is payable upon the signing of the missives.

The £10,000 is, of course, deducted from the purchase price.

Any extras above our standard specifications or customer alterations will be priced and agreed beforehand. The price for these will be required to be paid before any extras or alterations are put in place.

If you contract to buy a house before the properties are finished we will do our best to provide you with an accurate date on which the properties will be completed and you can take possession.

If the house of your choice is already completed, the entry date should be within 2 months.
